As corporate social responsibility gains attention among corporations as a strategy to manage reputational risk and promote competitiveness and productivity, the policies and programs for CSR evolve. Yet, CSR as a business case remains unclear, largely due to the difficulty in understanding what it is and how it can be implemented.

In this session, Penny Collenette will engage in a dynamic dialogue with conference delegates about current issues in CSR.
